Store Manager

The objective of the role is to improve the commercial performance of your store. You will manage your team to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent store standards to maximise sales and profitability.

As a Store Manager you will :

  • Lead by example, motivating and developing your team.
  • Develop & implement plans that will drive your store forward.
  • Ensure performance targets are achieved giving your team feedback on their accomplishments.
  • Monitor the compliance of all legislative requirements with regard to Health and Safety, Trading Standards, Sale of Goods Act etc

To be successful you should have :

  • Worked in a similar fast paced retail environment either at Deputy or Store Manager level and be able to demonstrate good leadership skills.
  • The ability to analyse store results to improve your store’s performance to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Good communication skills to manage your team through coaching, development & performance management.
  • The ability to identify your best performers to develop for internal progression through the Company.
