Graduate/Management Trainee

The objective of the role is to develop into a successful member of the Roys management team whether in one of our stores, logistics or buying.

Initially working within one of our stores you can expect to :

  • Work alongside an experienced management team gaining valuable “hands on” experience.
  • To have an early impact in assisting with the development of the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent store standards.
  • Take part in the “Aspire” training programme, designed to give you the knowledge and skills you will require to progress to the next level of management.

To be successful you should have :

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
  • The capability to achieve agreed development and performance targets within set timescales.
  • The drive and enthusiasm to progress your development through to the next level.
