The objective of the role is to manage your team's to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent department standards to maximise sales and profitability.
You will work as a key member of the management team :
- Leading by example, motivating and developing your team to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.
- Ensuring performance targets are achieved giving your team feedback on their accomplishments.
- Working within and assisting with the compliance of all legislative requirements with regard to Health and Safety, Trading Standards, Sale of Goods Act etc.
To be successful you should have :
- Worked in a similar fast paced retail environment and have experience of managing a team.
- The ability to achieve agreed targets through the effective performance management of your team.
- Good communication skills to manage your team through coaching, development & performance management.
- The enthusiasm to drive your own development ready for progression.
