The objective of this role is to manage and motivate your store team to deliver the highest levels of customer service. You will be responsible for setting and delivering the standards to ensure your customers receive the best possible shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience at either deputy or store manager level, in a fast-paced, multi-department environment. You should have the ability to set and deliver short, medium and long term goals to drive the store forward. An excellent communicator you will manage your team's performance through effective coaching and development.
You will possess a good understanding of profit and loss accounts and be able to use the information to maximise store sales and profitability.
