Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager you will assist the management team to improve the commercial performance of the store. You will help to manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent store standards to maximise sales and profitability.
To be successful you should have worked in a similar retail environment either at Trainee or Assistant Manager level and possess good leadership skills. You need the desire to achieve targets through effective performance management of your team and have the enthusiasm to drive your own development ready for progression.
