Reporting directly to the Head of Finance your role will be to record the financial transactions of the Company. You will ensure all periodic and year end deadlines are met; prepare financial and management reports within the required timescales; and support the rest of the Finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records for the Company. You will also have line management responsibility for a team of four.
You will be able to communicate well with the team and other functions within the business. You do need to be motivated, flexible, proactive and a proven problem solver. You will have an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, be numerate and ideally have previous experience managing a team within an Accounts Department. You should ideally be AAT qualified or CIMA / ACCA part qualified but will consider unqualified candidates with relevant experience.
