Please take the time to look through some of our frequently asked questions before completing an enquiry form, it many cases this will answer your question quicker than we would be able to get back to you or tell you what information we may need from you in order to answer your question.

 

FAQs

  • Are your stores open Bank Holidays?

    Yes, our stores are all open on bank holidays with the exceptions of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday. To see what time your nearest store is open please use our store finder.

  • I can't find a product on your website, why?

    The most likely answer to this question is that it is not on the website.

    Unfortunately due to the vast range of products we stock as a company we simply cannot stock every item we have in our stores on our website. We are constantly working on improving the range of products available, however this is a slow process.

    Furthermore, there are some items that due to delivery and/or legal restrictions we cannot currently sell over the internet, these items include; fashions, footwear, paint, fireworks, gift vouchers, knives, groceries, chilled & frozen foods, alcohol and exceptionally large/heavy items such as furniture.

  • A product isn't on your website, can I still order one?

    Assuming it is a product we already stock in store it may be possible for us to add a product to our website so you can order one, however this largely depends on the product itself.

    If you would like us to investigate this for you then please contact us using the contact form below giving us as much information as possible about the product, ideally the barcode. However if you live locally it would most likely be easier to visit your nearest store.

  • Your website says you have less stock than I would like, do you have, or will you be getting more?

    Good news, the amount of stock displayed is normally the minimum amount available. In most cases we have more stock either in our warehouse or in one or more of our stores.

    If you would like to order more than is currently available please fill out a contact form below detailing the product and how many you would like to order and we will get back to you to let you know if we can update the quantities available.

    If you are considering visiting a store, and would like to know if they have stock before you visit then please contact the store directly, contact details for which can be found on our store finder.

  • Your website says you are out of stock, will you be getting more?

    In most cases this only means our website is currently out of stock. In some cases we may have more stock in our warehouse or in one or more of our stores.

    If you would like to order an out of stock product via our website please fill out a contact form below detailing the product and how many you would like to order and we will get back to you to let you know if we have more stock available or if more is on order and when this will be available on our website.

    If you are considering visiting a store, and would like to know if they have stock before you visit then please contact the store directly, contact details for which can be found on our store finder.

  • I'm looking at your fashion / footwear pages on your website but can't see any products, why?

    The fashion & footwear pages on our website are only brochure pages to show a taste of what's available in our Wroxham department store and currently there are no fashion or footwear products available to buy on our website.

  • Are the any jobs available in your stores?

    Job vacancies are listed on our careers page, however only vacancies for our head office, specialist positions on in-store positions of team leader or higher are listed. For more information on sales assistant & other shop floor positions not listed please contact the store you are interested in working at directly. Contact details for each store can be found on our store finder.

  • Can I buy gift vouchers on your website?

    Unfortunately gift vouchers are not currently available to buy online because we do not currently have a secure method of sending them. This is something we are currently looking into for the future.
