Do you have retail leadership experience in any or some of the following areas:

• Grocery
• Fashions
• Non Food
• Fresh Foods
• Delicatessen
• Bakery
• Butchery

Your role will be to work alongside the Store Manager to improve the commercial performance of the store and to coach and support your teams to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent store standards to maximise sales and profitability.

To be successful you should have worked in a similar retail environment as a Manager and possess effective leadership skills.

You need the desire to achieve targets through effective performance management of your team and have the enthusiasm to drive your own development.
