As a key team member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from customer service and plant care to stock management and retail operations. The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Retail & customer service experience.
• Organisational and admin skills.
• Be proficient in using computers.
• Have gardening knowledge including caring for and maintaining plants along with tools and sundries.
• The ability to heavy lift and move heavy items.
• Desire to progress into a leadership role.
