Chase is ready for action, in the PAW Patrol Lookout Tower playset. This exclusive playset features the Lookout Tower that you know from the show, along with Chase’s police cruiser and two Chase action figures — Off-Duty Chase and Hero-Pup Chase. At 50.8cm tall, the lookout tower has the perfect vantage point to watch out for trouble. When it’s time for an exciting rescue, place off-duty Chase into the front of the tower elevator, and place hero-pup Chase into the back of the elevator. Raise the elevator to make it rotate and watch off-duty Chase get ready for action as he turns into hero-pup Chase. Once he’s at the top of the Lookout Tower, stop by the mission control panel to select your mission details for the day by choosing one of 3 double-sided mission cards. After selecting your mission card pick from one of 3 double-sided periscope cards, to view through the tower periscope so you know where to go. When it’s time for a super-charged rescue, slide Chase down the tower slide to hop directly into Chase’s police cruiser, before slamming down on the vehicle launcher to burst into action. For even more ways to play, collect the rest of the PAWsome pups, like Marshall, Skye and Rubble, along with their core vehicles, for more exciting playtime adventures. Standard delivery is normally delivered in up to 3 working days, Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays & Public Holidays) for online orders received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm may still be processed that day and delivered within 3 working days but in most instances will not be processed until the next working day and then delivered within 3 working days from then. This time frame is a guide and unfortunately not always achiavable.

Large & heavy Items
Some larger, heavy or bulky items may not be eligible for our standard delivery and may take take longer to process - This includes examples such as but not limited to pools, furniture, and large garden products.
In store purchases
Products purchased in store are not eligible for our standard online delivery services and are not free if £39.99 or over. Availability of, and prices for delivery of in store purchases will vary depending on the items purchased and store purchased from. Delivery for items purchased in store is also limited to the local area of the store the item is purchased from and these items are not eligible for delivery to Northern Scotland, Highlands & Isles delivery zones.
A member of staff in store will be able to advise on the availability, price and timescale of delivery for items purchased in store.
14 days to change your mind
Within the first 14 days of your item being delivered you may decide to return it to us for any reason. If you do we will refund the cost of the item and your initial delivery charge.
Some items are excluded from this policy, and any item returned must be in a resalable condition.
Faulty items
If you discover your product to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will be able to arrange the return of your parcel, for a full refund of your purchase cost, including initial postage price. If you send the product back to us, we will also cover the cost of your return postage to the value of £10.
