Daily skincare for clean, fresh and purified skin with less shine. Cleanance Micellar Water is suitable for sensitive, combination to oily, blemish-prone skin. It reduces excess sebum and shine and gently eliminates impurities from the face and eyes. A comforting 3-in-1 product: it cleanses, removes make-up and eliminates particle pollution. Skin is soothed thanks to its gentle formula that contains a unique combination of active ingredients: mattifying Comedoclastin™, a plant-based active ingredient derived from milk thistle seeds with patented properties*, Avène Thermal Spring Water with soothing properties and gentle cleansing agents. Very good skin and eye tolerance. Biodegradable formula.
- With a soft cotton pad, apply morning and/or evening to your face and eyes. No-rinse. For extra softness, finish with a fine mist of Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray.
- Combination or oily skin can also be sensitive, so remember to gently remove your makeup! How to: • Place the cotton pad between your little finger and index finger. • Cleanse or remove makeup by placing your fingers flat and smoothing from the centre of the face outwards. This technique allows for gentler makeup removal than by holding the cotton pad with your fingertips.

Standard delivery is normally delivered in up to 3 working days, Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays & Public Holidays) for online orders received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm may still be processed that day and delivered within 3 working days but in most instances will not be processed until the next working day and then delivered within 3 working days from then. This time frame is a guide and unfortunately not always achiavable.

Large & heavy Items
Some larger, heavy or bulky items may not be eligible for our standard delivery and may take take longer to process - This includes examples such as but not limited to pools, furniture, and large garden products.
In store purchases
Products purchased in store are not eligible for our standard online delivery services and are not free if £39.99 or over. Availability of, and prices for delivery of in store purchases will vary depending on the items purchased and store purchased from. Delivery for items purchased in store is also limited to the local area of the store the item is purchased from and these items are not eligible for delivery to Northern Scotland, Highlands & Isles delivery zones.
A member of staff in store will be able to advise on the availability, price and timescale of delivery for items purchased in store.
14 days to change your mind
Within the first 14 days of your item being delivered you may decide to return it to us for any reason. If you do we will refund the cost of the item and your initial delivery charge.
Some items are excluded from this policy, and any item returned must be in a resalable condition.
Faulty items
If you discover your product to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will be able to arrange the return of your parcel, for a full refund of your purchase cost, including initial postage price. If you send the product back to us, we will also cover the cost of your return postage to the value of £10.
