The Rose is the national flower of England and often stands as a symbol of love and beauty. Legend describes the creation of the flower rose as the uniting of sweet smell, charm, brightness and joy.

Yardley London’s classic English Rose fragrance has been transformed. It is now an evocative light, fresh floral fragrance, combining rose absolute, neroli and camomile, with a heart of rosebud and jasmine petals with warm base notes of amber and sandalwood, which makes it an alluring choice of scent for both daytime and evening.

Yardley London has been a purveyor of quality soap since the 17th century when the Yardley family paid King Charles I to grant them a concession to manufacture soap for London. All of our soaps are traditionally triple-milled, which means they’re processed three times over to reduce excess water, making the soap very hard but long lasting with a rich, creamy lather. The soaps are scented with our beautiful fragrances at the final stage of milling to enhance the longevity of their scent.

You can collect items purchased online from Roys stores & Highway Garden & Leisure for FREE. It can take up to 5 days to be delivered to your chosen store if not in stock at that store, or if it's already in stock you can collect the same day if you place your order before 2pm. We'll email you when your item is ready to collect, from then you'll have 7 days to collect your order.

£5 additional charge for orders being delivered to North Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Island delivery zones.

Orders containing one or more items labelled as "Local Delivery" do not qualify for our Standard Delivery and are charged at a different rate (see below, these orders do not qualify for free delivery if over £39.99).

Our standard next working day service is Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays & Public Holidays) for online orders received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm may still be processed that day and delivered on the next working day but in most instances will not be processed until the next working day and then delivered the working day afterwards.

Northern Scotland, Highlands & Isles Delivery Zones

£5.00 additional surcharge on top of standard delivery charges

This surcharge applies to the following postcode zones;
IV - HS - KW - PA - PH - TR - ZE - AB - DD

Please note that delivery to these locations may take additional time to be delivered and may be sent using an alternate courier.

Large & heavy Items

Some larger, heavy or bulky items may not be eligible for our standard delivery and may take take longer to process - This includes examples such as but not limited to pools, furniture, and large garden products.

Local Delivery Items

£3 on items labelled as "Local Delivery". Minimum £30 total order spend applies.

These Items cannot be delivered by our normal courier due to their contents. We deliver these items ourselves to the area local to Roys of Wroxham & Bowthorpe only, on a selected postcode basis. Please check your delivery address corresponds with one of the postcodes we can deliver to before placing your order. Orders containing one or more of these items do not qualify for free delivery.

The postcodes these items can currently be delivered to are; NR12 7 & NR12 8 Mondays, NR29 5 Wednesdays, NR10 5 Thursdays, and NR13 6 Fridays. Plus NR5 0, NR5 8, & NR5 9 where we'll call you to arrange delivery.

In store purchases

Products purchased in store are not eligible for our standard online delivery services and are not free if £39.99 or over. Availability of, and prices for delivery of in store purchases will vary depending on the items purchased and store purchased from. Delivery for items purchased in store is also limited to the local area of the store the item is purchased from and these items are not eligible for delivery to Northern Scotland, Highlands & Isles delivery zones.

A member of staff in store will be able to advise on the availability, price and timescale of delivery for items purchased in store.

14 days to change your mind

Within the first 14 days of your item being delivered you may decide to return it to us for any reason. If you do we will refund the cost of the item and your initial delivery charge.

Some items are excluded from this policy, and any item returned must be in a resalable condition.

Faulty items

If you discover your product to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will be able to arrange the return of your parcel, for a full refund of your purchase cost, including initial postage price. If you send the product back to us, we will also cover the cost of your return postage to the value of £10.
