Coastal Cuisine

In 2021, Coastal Cuisine Ltd. emerged through a buy-out of frozen foods and pre-pack businesses from Sam Cole Food Ltd, a fourth-generation fish merchant. The transition included the installation of waste compactors for recycling. In 2022, the acquisition of Sam Cole's remaining wholesale fish and cash & carry business was completed, and Coastal Cuisine became a net exporter of electricity, winning the Net Zero Champions Award. In 2023, Sam Cole Food Service merged into the business, and Coastal Cuisine acquired all assets and goodwill of Seacream Ltd, a well-established wholesale, pre-pack, and fish smoking business.
