Ferndale Farm

Ferndale Norfolk Cheeses are proper old fashioned farmhouse cheeses available from Roys Delicatessen. All of their cheeses are made using milk from the nearby Abbey farm in Binham. They use traditional methods such as hand turning, cloth wrapping and soaking the cheeses in ale. They also only use unpasteurised milk to preserve the subtler flavours and properties of milk.

Ferndale also supply Roys with their "Great Unwashed" potatoes. They grow five different varieties with availability changing throughout the year depending on which potatoes are at their best at that time.
