Norton's Dairy

The Norton family have farmed the 400 acre land at Church farm, Frettenham, since 1946. They have a small herd compared to most farms meaning they have the time to care for each cow individually. The cows are kept outside in grass fields during the summer and have cosy straw bedding inside during the winter. The milk from the cows is used to produce their St. Swithins soft cheese, named after the local church, and it's the quality of the milk that makes the cheese so special..
