St. Giles Gin
Inspired by adventures and journeys around the globe St. Giles is an exceptional gin hand-crafted with an infusion of 11 exotic botanicals including grains of paradise, rose petals and lemon grass. The result is a remarkably smooth and fruity gin with subtle citrus and floral notes.
The gin is made in Norwich, Norfolk by founder Simon Melston and head distiller Pete Margree in a custom-made copper still dubbed Anna. The gin is named partly after the historic road in Norwich, where Simon and his family have their own 18th century shop, and also after the St. Giles area in London that was synonymous with gin shops in the 18th century.
